In 2019, after gaining invaluable experience and building strong relationships under her previous boss for two decades, Renee took the leap and became the owner of the salon. Her focus? She kicked off her career in our salon as an assistant and has since earned her stripes, boasting 5 years of licensure. By day, Bri is a full-time Dental Hygienist, but her passion for styling and beauty brings her back to us for 14 hours a week. It's clear she loves what she does, and it shines through in her dedication and the stunning results she delivers.

During a massage session at Platinum Salon, Miranda started massaging around my diaphragm area. I heard a loud popping sound and had a sharp pain in my ribs. The following day, it was excruciating to even breathe or move. I called Miranda to explain what I was experiencing after the massage. She told me to contact my doctor. I went to my doctor's office and was told the massage therapist slipped my rib out. There is no treatment for the pain, which lasts for 3-4 weeks and feels just like a broken rib. My doctor told me to never get a massage from this therapist again. I called Miranda to tell her about my slipped rib and the amount of pain I was in. She never refunded me for the session, and never apologized or took any responsibility. I found that most appalling. I sought out massage therapy because I wanted to get some relief from chronic back pain. Miranda is using techniques that cause harm and she should not be practicing massage. I recommend NOT getting a massage from her.
