I went in today for a balayage. Absolutely love! Highly recommend, the staff was amazing. Cheryl did a fantastic job! I havent been so happy with my hair in I don't even know how long. The salon itself is amazing. Very comfortable, clean and overall a joyful experience. I will definitely be coming back and I may even check out some of there other services as well.

During a massage session at Platinum Salon, Miranda started massaging around my diaphragm area. I heard a loud popping sound and had a sharp pain in my ribs. The following day, it was excruciating to even breathe or move. I called Miranda to explain what I was experiencing after the massage. She told me to contact my doctor. I went to my doctor's office and was told the massage therapist slipped my rib out. There is no treatment for the pain, which lasts for 3-4 weeks and feels just like a broken rib. My doctor told me to never get a massage from this therapist again. I called Miranda to tell her about my slipped rib and the amount of pain I was in. She never refunded me for the session, and never apologized or took any responsibility. I found that most appalling. I sought out massage therapy because I wanted to get some relief from chronic back pain. Miranda is using techniques that cause harm and she should not be practicing massage. I recommend NOT getting a massage from her.

After loving my last hair appointment I went in to have a dip manicure done, amazing! This is 3 weeks later ❤️
