In 2019, after gaining invaluable experience and building strong relationships under her previous boss for two decades, Renee took the leap and became the owner of the salon. Her focus? By day, Bri is a full-time Dental Hygienist, but her passion for styling and beauty brings her back to us for 14 hours a week. It's clear she loves what she does, and it shines through in her dedication and the stunning results she delivers.

Trisha has been a licensed stylist for over 3 years and has a true passion for creating beautiful transformations. She specializes in all things color -whether it's vibrant vivids, stunning blondes, or bold, dramatic changes, those are her absolute favorites! In addition to her color expertise, Trisha also offers nails, pedicures, and lash extensions and brow lamination making her a true all-in-one beauty professional. A proud Smithsburg native, Trisha loves connecting with her clients and making them feel confident, refreshed, and fabulous every time they leave her chair.

I went in today for a balayage. Absolutely love! Highly recommend, the staff was amazing. Cheryl did a fantastic job! I havent been so happy with my hair in I don't even know how long. The salon itself is amazing. Very comfortable, clean and overall a joyful experience. I will definitely be coming back and I may even check out some of there other services as well.

During a massage session at Platinum Salon, Miranda started massaging around my diaphragm area. I heard a loud popping sound and had a sharp pain in my ribs. The following day, it was excruciating to even breathe or move. I called Miranda to explain what I was experiencing after the massage. She told me to contact my doctor. I went to my doctor's office and was told the massage therapist slipped my rib out. There is no treatment for the pain, which lasts for 3-4 weeks and feels just like a broken rib. My doctor told me to never get a massage from this therapist again. I called Miranda to tell her about my slipped rib and the amount of pain I was in. She never refunded me for the session, and never apologized or took any responsibility. I found that most appalling. I sought out massage therapy because I wanted to get some relief from chronic back pain. Miranda is using techniques that cause harm and she should not be practicing massage. I recommend NOT getting a massage from her.
After loving my last hair appointment I went in to have a dip manicure done, amazing! This is 3 weeks later ❤️
